Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) is a fellowship for anyone seeking healthier relationships by recognizing and changing codependent patterns. Many of us arrive in crisis or curiosity and begin to see how our behaviors—like people-pleasing, control, or avoidance—impact our lives and relationships. CoDA doesn’t offer a diagnosis, but shared experiences help us identify patterns and begin recovery through honest self-reflection. Global online meetings are available every day—join from anywhere.
