Your perspective can shape what comes next.

Wildly Empowered is developing a coordination model that connects first responders to the right support — across mental health, physical well-being, financial stability, and relationships. The survey helps identify what's missing, what matters most, and where to start.

WHAT WE DO

Connecting the right support, at the right time.

Wildly Empowered supports individuals, with a special focus on first responders and those in high-impact roles, by helping coordinate whole-person support across the areas of life that most affect stability and well-being.

Rather than duplicating existing services, we help bring the right supports together. That means connecting people to trusted providers, identifying gaps, and improving continuity across mental, physical, financial, and relational care.

This work is grounded in years of direct experience, not theory. The goal is to strengthen the systems that already exist, while making them easier for people to access and navigate.

Organizational insight and advocacy

Patterns from direct support work reveal where employer systems, policies, and resources are working, and where they are falling short. These insights inform constructive conversations that can strengthen support for frontline staff.

FIRST RESPONDER SURVEY

Help shape a model built around real needs.

If you're a first responder, your perspective can help Wildly Empowered understand where current systems fall short, what kinds of support actually work, and what needs to be handled with care.

A MESSAGE FROM

Sherri Marienhoff

Founder, Wildy Empowered

"I didn't start this because I had a theory. I started because I saw the gaps firsthand."

Over years of working alongside people in high-pressure roles, the same patterns kept showing up; fragmented support, disconnected services, and people falling through the cracks between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

Wildly Empowered is building to change that. To coordinate the right support, connect people to trusted providers, and help strengthen systems that are already in place.

The work is growing carefully, shaped by real experience and real input from the people it is meant to serve.

SUPPORT THE WORK

Help us build something steady.

Every contribution goes toward programs, research, and the slow, careful work of building support that actually reaches the people who need it.
